I know people have quite some difficulty with these two medals but the thing that did it for me was basically finding a pistol only room with the available badges (tactician and engineer) and simply calling air support or placing turrets.

It's as simple as that because its harder for other people to kill them with just pistols and generally, people won't look out for these bots as much as other players. Plus, even when under fire from the bots, enemies tend to ignore them and focus on others until it's just too late

*note; try and place turrets on higher platforms to increase their chances of getting headshots. Also, place air support beacons in open areas and try and shoot down enemy planes (or whatever) and turrets to make it easier for them.
